Why Ads Matter
Ads fund a lot of what we take for granted: journalism, apps, free tiers. They're not inherently evil—they're a mechanism. Ranjan Dasgupta has built that mechanism: programmatic pipes that match demand to supply in real time. The question isn't whether ads exist; it's whether they're transparent, fair, and sustainable.
