This is a job posting in reverse. Here's the role I'm looking for—and what I'll deliver in the first 90 days.

The role: Product leadership in AdTech: exchange, SSP, programmatic monetization, or adjacent (header bidding, yield, supply path). Senior IC or people leader. I'm Ranjan Dasgupta, and I've done this at Glance ($200M+ scaled), InMobi (exchange strategy), and Google (DFP, AdX, AdSense). I want to do it again somewhere that's ready to scale or reinvent.

First 90 days: I'll get up to speed on your stack, your metrics, and your gaps. I'll propose a clear roadmap for the next 6–12 months—whether that's exchange architecture, yield optimization, supply path optimization, or something else.
