In AdTech, the numbers don't lie—but you have to know which numbers to watch. Ranjan Dasgupta speaks that language: eCPM, fill rate, bid density, latency percentiles, ROAS.

eCPM tells you revenue per thousand impressions. Fill rate tells you how much demand showed up. Bid density and latency tell you whether your pipeline is healthy or choking. I've used these to drive yield optimization at Glance and to shape exchange strategy at InMobi. The wrong metric can send you in the wrong direction; the right dashboard can change the game.
